Administrative remarks

Schedule
There are international flights arriving at either CPH or BLL before 11 am from almost all partner locations, with reasonable train connections to Odense. This should allow everybody to arrive before 2 pm on January 29th. There are international flights departing from either CPH or BLL after 3 pm towards all partner locations, which should allow everybody to stay until noon on January 31st.

Short communications: to be selected from submitted abstracts; > 20 slots available
Poster session: 40 poster boards available

Please send you abstracts (one A4 page, word or pdf-format) to Alexandra Patricia Antczak alant14@student.sdu.dk along with an indication whether you prefer a short oral communication or a poster!

Deadline: December 20th!

Number of participants
The lecture hall has a capacity of 90 seats, the number of participants is thus limited to 90.

Registration

Attendance fee for Researchers, PostDocs and PhD-students is DKK 375.- (approx. EUR 50.-).

Scientific advisory committee
